Traba gives job seekers an inside look into organizations, and then helps them to prepare themselves (eg, resume review, interview prep) to get the role. We have a 70% placement rate within 3 months of working with us - we're far more effective than people working on their own. Here's how we do it: 1:1 mentorship with people in the field * People get jobs through other people, but a lot of job seekers don't have a large enough network to connect with, and get advice from, the right mentors. * We have a network of 3rd party mentors (people in the same industry, field, etc) as those we're trying to help, and they give our users actionable advice on how to tell their story, get in the door, and manage their search. Tactical, relevant content * There's so much content on the internet, but very little of it is tactical enough to help. * We provide content (blogs, podcasts, videos, interviews) tailored to specific roles, so that our users get exactly what they need to land the job.
