jobFig provides behavioral insights about employees and candidates to improve recruiting, on-boarding, and employee development. In 6 minutes, we deliver a normally 60 minute behavioral assessment with minimal loss in reliability. Our interactive visualization, the Personality Medallion allows people a more visceral method to learn about who they and others are. Our algorithm predicts how a candidate will be able to work with a specific team (person-group fit) to help companies filter their initial candidate list before even looking at their resumés. This has led to faster times-to-hire as well as increased productivity for the teams adding a new member. We are now rolling out an enterprise pilot-program to take what we've learned screening for startups and will be applying it with these partners to create a product built specifically for larger organizations.
