Glassbreakers is a peer mentorship platform for professional women. Our mission: empower women to break the glass ceiling, together. Our machine learning algorithm connects women in the workforce who can help each other. The product facilitates mutually beneficial career relationships based on user inputs like interests, skills, location, goals and LinkedIn data. We provide curated content tailored by industry, the ability to engage in online discussions and a premium service to further mentorship goals. Our SaaS product is being used by companies as a retention tool. Glassbreakers is first to market peer to peer mentorship software specifically for women but plans to expand it's enterprise software in the future to include other marginalized groups. The SaaS offering is currently being piloted with three major corporations in the technology industry.
