CoWorkr is disrupting the corporate real-estate and design industry by providing data on what type and size space corporations need. Our technologies quantify how workspaces are activated and provide collaborative tools that help companies to transition to an agile, flexible workplace. Sixty three percent (63%) of corporations across NA, APAC and EMEA are said to be making a workplace change this coming year. Twenty five precent of these companies expect to transition to a flexible workplace design- a layout method where employees no longer have assigned desks yet can work from couches, collaborative tables, desks, cafes, etc. The top drivers for this transition are to reduce real-estate footprint and cost, increase face-to-face collaboration, and accommodate and retain the mobile worker. Through a sales partnership with Haworth, a $1.3B corporate furnishings company, we have launched our flagship product, InSights, in APAC.
