We provide farmers spectral data to optimize water and nitrogen application. Specifically, we use UAVs/ aerial photography and spectral image processing to monitor crop variables like - (1) Nutrient status (2) Water stress We make the data actionable (eg, when should you apply water, where are clogs/leaks in the irrigation lines) and send it over the cloud to farmers. Our business model is data as a service; we deliver the data periodically in exchange for recurring revenue. This year is expected to be the driest in Californian history. Farmers across California and the world face resource crises due to climate change, droughts, regulation, and other factors. These farmers can use our data to optimize crop management decisions like fertilizer application, irrigation schedules, differential irrigation, and more without any upfront capital expense.
