Beyond Lucid Technologies, Inc., has been called “Silicon Valley’s Emergency Medical Technology Experts.” OUr MEDIVIEW™ software platform connects Emergency Medical Service agencies with their broader care ecosystems. It was the first electronic patient care record and prehospital Health Information Exchange software to comply with new nationally data mandates, and is now in use by EMS agencies in 16 states and the Department of Defense. MEDIVIEW™ leverages telemedicine, GPS, and interoperability to lower costs and reduce inefficiencies associated with ambulance-based data capture and transfer to a receiving care facility. Agencies using the system have reduced their documentation time by up to 60% of the national average—i.e., down to 8-10 minutes vs. a national average of 20 minutes per report, while eliminating the use of paper records. In February 2015, we received an EMS World Magazine Innovation Award, and we were named a "Hot Product for 2015" by the Journal of EMS.
